Local Students Make Dean's List at SVSU

UNIVERSITY CENTER, MI— The following students have been named to Saginaw Valley State University's Dean's List for the winter 2012 semester:

Samantha Cavanaugh from Clawson, MI

Sarah Edwards from Clawson, MI

To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and carry a semester GPA of 3.4 or better.

Saginaw Valley State University, founded in 1963, is the youngest of Michigan's 15 public colleges and universities, and will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year.
