The Downtown Development Authority is collecting gently used, clean Halloween costumes. You can turn in your costume to or and receive a voucher to purchase a different swapped outfit. Saturday is the official costume swap day where you can pick up a new costume at Regeneration between noon-2 p.m. The costume swap is for kids age 10 and under and it's on a first come basis.
