Wanted: Beautiful Babies for July 4 Contest

If you would like to enter your Beautiful Baby in the contest, please submit a 4-inch by 6-inch or 3-inch by 5-inch non-professional, non returnable photo of your child, a $5 entry fee and your name, address, child's name and contact information to Beverly Formell of the Clawson Fourth of July Committee. Her home address is: 968 Dreon Dr., Clawson, MI 48017.

There is no age limit for your “baby," however, your picture should be taken within the last 12 months. Clawson residency is NOT required. Entries must be received by Tuesday, June 26.

Each baby will have a canister with their picture attached to it. “Votes” are cast by putting money in the canister of
the baby you believe should be named “Most Beautiful Baby”

A “Voting Station” will be set up in City Park at the following events; June 27 at the Band Concert/Ice Cream Social beginning at 7 pm; June 30 beginning at 11:30 am until 2 pm (Kiddie Parade/Coney Day/Kiddie Games) and in the Carnival area July 3 from 3:00 pm
to 9 pm, and July 4 from noon to 6 pm.

The baby with the most money in their canister (a total from all events) will be named “Most Beautiful Baby.” The babies with the second and third highest totals will be named First Runner-Up and Second Runner-Up respectively. The winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded at 7 pm July 4. You need not be present to win.
Cash prizes will be awarded as follows:

• 1st place: $100
• 2nd place: $75
• 3rd place: $50
