Clawson to Host Recycling Workshop for Residents

The city of Clawson is partnering with SOCCRA to host a recycling workshop for residents at 7 p.m. Thursday at .

Attendees will have a chance to ask questions about recycling, reducing yard waste, what to do with bulk items and other topics.

The city of Clawson said it earns a rebate for recycled items SOCCRA collects.

"Every piece of paper, bottle or can set in a recycle bin is cash for Clawson," the event flyer says.

The event is free and open to the public.
