Liz Carnegie, an intern for the city of Clawson, said she collaborated with Mayor Penny Luebs to organize the program for community outreach. Last week, there was an anti-bullying program with guest speaker Cindy Hilley, a provisional trainer from the Olweus Bully Prevention Program.
