Farmers Market Opens Sunday for Flower Day
Attendees will have a chance to buy flowers, produce and meet the Clawson Patch staff.
Sunny skies and 80-degree temperatures are expected on Sunday for the special Flower Day at the .
Dozens of vendors are expected to line the lot on the west end of City Park at the event from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Some of the returning vendors this year include Sansonetti Sauces, Dunbar Honey Farm and the Detroit BarBQue Company.
The Clawson Patch will also have a booth set up at the event. Feel free to stop by, sign up for a newsletter, pick up a Patch canvas bag or water bottle and meet the staff. You'll have a chance to pitch story ideas and learn more about the website.Â

Flower Day is a one-time event for the season and the Farmers Market will officially be open every Sunday beginning July 29-Sept. 30. There will be no market Labor Day weekend in observance of the holiday.
