Photos: Clawson Trick-or-Treaters Walk the Trail at City Park

The Sunday event attracted about 1,500 people, organizers said.

Children and parents flooded the woodchip path at  on Sunday for the annual Trick-or-Treat Trail.

The event, hosted by , featured about 30 local businesses and organizations that passed out candy to children walking along the trail. 

Mayor Penny Luebs said an estimated 1,500 people attended the event. This is the fourth year Youth Assistance has hosted the event. Luebs said each year the event goes smoother.

"It just seemed to flow much better," Luebs said. "Each year I find out what can be done differently."

Luebs said next year she plans to block cars from parking in the City Park lot where the line forms to enter the event.
