Police Blotter: Break-In at Clawson Manor

 are investigating a break-in at the  about 2:35 a.m. on Dec. 5, police reports say.

The property manager said a surveillance tape shows a man breaking the lock with a metal object at the south entrance and entering the building. The tape shows the man moving on to break the building's office door, but he did not get in, police say. Nothing was stolen, reports say.

Police reports say both locks will need to be replaced. One lock has an estimated value of $90 and the other $250.

The property manager said he believes the suspect is the same man who  in October. There are no suspects in either incident, police say.
