26-Year-Old Oakland County Woman Dies In Crash, Police Say
Police said a 26-year-old Oakland County woman died Monday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Macomb County.
MACOMB COUNTY, MI — A 26-year-old Oakland County woman died Monday morning after her vehicle crashed into a tree in Macomb County, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office.
Jocelyn Guilot, of Leonard, Michigan, died when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway, striking a tree, police said. She had been driving a 2018 blue Ford F-150 eastbound on 34 Miles Road, police said.
Police said Guilot had left her home about 30 minutes prior to the crash and was on her way to work. Guilot was wearing her seatbelt and road conditions were very icy in the area of the crash, officials said.

Police said they responded to the crash around 6 a.m.
The crash remains under investigation, and police said 34 Mile Road is expected to remain closed between Fisher and Dequindre until 10:30 a.m.
