Michildsupport 2-Way Communication Launched In Lenawee County

MiChildSupport 2-Way Communication

The Friend of the Court has been afforded a new feature through the State of Michigan called "MiChildSupport 2-Way Communication".

FOC clients may register for an account by clicking on the linked image found on our web page called, "MiChildSupport". 2-Way Communication allows specific staff to communicate in a secure manner that is connected to the MiCSES child support system.

This enables secure documents to transfer back and forth between the office and the clients as well as automatically populating the case notes in MiCSES with the dialogue between staff and clients.

MiChildSupport also allows the registered client to access information about their case without staff intervention including printing out a financial history, checking the status of their Income Withholding and checking their enforcement status."
