Partnership Ramps Up Freedom Hill

Palace Sports and Entertainment and Luna Entertainment work together to take Freedom Hill to next level

A partnership between a pair of formidable entertainment companies is going to certainly benefit Macomb County residents.

Freedom Hill Amphitheater ownership, Luna Entertainment, and Palace Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) have joined forces to take the Freedom Hill venue in Sterling Heights to the next level, according to a report in the Macomb Daily.

The cooperative agreement calls for PS&E to run marketing, sales, bookings and day-to-day operations.

The agreement shifts ticket agencies from AXS Ticketing to Live Nation, which owns Ticketmaster, and it allows the amphitheater to tap into the national reputation of Palace Sports & Entertainment.

“We are pleased to be working with Luna in a way that will expand our entertainment footprint in the region while providing concert patrons with thrilling experiences at Freedom Hill Amphitheater. By implementing our operational execution strategy and utilizing our strong industry relationships, we hope to elevate the Freedom Hill concert experience and provide additional variety to the summer concert schedule,” Palace Sports & Entertainment CEO Dennis Mannion said in a release.
