Police Ask For Help Finding Michigan Teen

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI – Police are calling on the public to help find a missing 14-year-old boy. Jayden Xavier Moore was last seen wearing blue jeans, and a yellow-blue-red plaid shirt, police said.

Jayden is in the legal custody of his grandmother and may be going to Lima, Ohio, to see his natural mother who is in the hospital. He is 6’2” weighs 230 pounds, according to police.
