Cafe Culture with Collette and Company
Enjoy a staged reading of local award winning author Collette Cullen's original script Rocky Road to Life at the Merci Cafe on April 7!

Cafe Culture with Collette and Company is from 2:00-4:00 pm on Sunday, April 7,2019 at the Merci Cafe on Greenfield near Rotunda. It will be the first public staged reading of award-winning local author Collette Cullen's original script Rocky Road to Life. This free event offers a chance to hear and critic her newest work in a unique atmosphere and includes an art show and fellowship. Tina Marie, owner of Merci Cafe, will also offer delicious refreshments for sale throughout the afternoon.
The Rocky Road to Life is a play that takes place at Pictured Rocks in Michigan's upper peninsula and focuses on life challenges and strong women. Cullen is known for her contributions to local theatre, her portrayal of Annie Sullivan, teacher of Helen Keller, and her recent award for a play at the Detroit Fringe Theatre competition. She is also a member of The American Association of University Women-Dearborn. Cash, check, or credit card donations to AAUW-D Educational Fund (supporting Dearborn Public Schools, HFC, and UM-D) may be made at this event.
