Dearborn Administrative Center To Close For Public From March 18; Non-Essential Services Suspended
Residents or businesses that have City-related business will be able to contact the necessary department by phone or email.
Due to increasing concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Dearborn Administrative Center (DAC) will close to the public beginning Wednesday, March 18 until further notice.
Residents will still be able to attend public meetings in-person at the DAC, but are encouraged to be proactive with health guidelines and practice social distancing by using the video conferencing tool, Zoom, to virtually attend. Residents or businesses that have City-related business will be able to contact the necessary department by phone or email.

Public Service Days have also been suspended until further notice. No tickets will be issued at this time. Please note that regular trash and recycling schedules will continue on their normal schedule.
Currently, there are some meetings that are still scheduled as normal. Those that typically attract a public audience are listed below. If you’d like to attend remotely, a link to a Zoom conference session will be available and shared with the public 24 hours in advance. The following meetings are still scheduled as normal. Please note: These meetings may be cancelled or postponed at any time. Check cityofdearborn.org for updates in advance.

• Mayor’s Briefing Session on Tuesday, March 24 at 6 p.m.
• City Council Committee of the Whole Meeting on Thursday, March 26 at 7:30 p.m.
• Dearborn City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m.
In addition, residents can call the City Clerk’s office at 943-2010 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to make an appointment for urgent need of city clerk services. Customers can only pay for services via cash or check.
As a courtesy, no late fees will be charged for anyone who may be late renewing a license during the shutdown. Some important phone numbers to keep in mind:
