"The County’s decision was based on criteria regarding poverty levels, number of senior citizens, transportation availability and other factors," city officials said in a Facebook post. "Although the supply of vaccines remains very limited and is being directed to counties, health care systems, authorized pharmacies, and Detroit’s health department, the City of Dearborn is doing everything it can to get vaccines.
