McDonald's Manager Fired After She 'Disrespects' Customer

A late night complaint by a customer at a Ford Road McDonald's led to a confrontation.

DEARBORN, MI — A Ford Road McDonald’s manager was fired on Friday after yelling and lunging at a drive-thru customer in Dearborn. Tyler Lamb said he stopped at the restaurant for food after working 12 hours, only to have his order messed up, according to a WXYZ-TV report.

When he went back through the drive-through line to get the problem fixed, he started recording the incident. After speaking with a cashier, a video posted to Lamb’s Facebook page shows the McDonald’s manager becoming enraged that she was being recorded.

"We have zero tolerance for any employee who disrespects our customers,” a McDonald’s spokesperson said. “We immediately terminated the manager upon learning of this incident. All personnel are trained to provide high-quality service to our valued customers."
