Metro Detroit Weekend Weather Forecast: Sunshine Continues

METRO DETROIT, MI — For the second straight weekend, metropolitan Detroit is forecasted to have positively beautiful weather. The National Weather Service says it’s going to be mostly sunny with high temperatures at 60 degrees or above.

So, no excuses, take your mom out for a nice brunch or dinner on Sunday. In case you missed it, here’s a listing of restaurants to take her on Mother’s Day.

Now, onto your weekend weather forecast:

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 63. East northeast wind 6 to 8 mph.
Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 45. East northeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm after midnight.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 68. Calm wind becoming north northwest around 6 mph in the afternoon. Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 50. West northwest wind 3 to 5 mph.

Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 66. Northwest wind 6 to 10 mph.
Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 47.

Nice weather doesn’t stop there, either. The National Weather service is calling for a sunny day on Monday to start the work week with a high near 70 degrees.
