Southfield Freeway Speeders Beware: Troopers Are Watching
The Michigan State Police say they're responding to complaints about speeders along M-39.

DEARBORN, MI – If you've driven the Southfield Freeway, you know these two things: Most every driver can't keep it under 55 mph and those who do like to use the middle lane. And, apparently, the people don't speed have complained.
The Michigan State Police in tweet late Tuesday said troopers have heard complaints about speeding drivers along the stretch of Michigan Route 39. The state police's Special Enforcement Section will be on the lookout for those drivers not observing the 55 mph speed limit.
"Hopefully drivers will slow down on their own," tweeted troopers from the state police. "If not ... Consider yourself warned."
