Wayne County Coronavirus Update: 96,957 Cases, 3,963 Deaths

WAYNE COUNTY, MI – There have been 96,957 confirmed cases of the coronavirus cases in Wayne County, according to newly released health data.

To date, there have been 3,963 coronavirus-related deaths in the county.

Michigan reported 2,316 new COVID-19 cases Wednesday, health officials announced Wednesday afternoon.

There were seven additional COVID-19-related deaths statewide reported Wednesday, according to the newly released health data.

To date, there have been 601,284 coronavirus cases across the state, with 15,706 coronavirus-related deaths.
