According to prosecutors, Jones and his alleged victim on Saturday were in an argument that eventually escalated to Jones shooting a gun near the victim and threatening to shoot her. He also is accused of kicking the woman's dog and throwing it down a flight of steps, prosecutors said.

Police were called to the home around 4 p.m. Saturday, which is when they said Jones refused to leave the home. Prosecutors said police eventually forced their way into the home and arrested Jones.
