UPCOMING PROGRAMMING

Wildwood Amphitheater and its sister venue across the road, Fire Bowl at Camp Agawam, are committed to bringing entertainment back with a roar, an all-new Roaring ‘20s starting right here in Orion Township.

Upcoming Wildwood shows include a Fourth of July Weekend Laser Spectacular featuring tributes to Steely Dan plus the Allman Brothers on July 1; Def Leppard plus Poison on July 2, David Bowie on July 3, and the Kids Under the Carpet PHISH Tribute on July 4. And this just in - the Purple Madness Prince tribute has just been announced for July 23.

Hailed as Michigan’s Best Magician by major Michigan media outlets, Anthony Grupido takes to the stage at the Fire Bowl with dates in June and July to baffle and amaze his audiences. Fridays at the Fire Bowl are dedicated to live stand-up comedy with musical guests and appearances by comediennes such as Bill Bushart, Conor Meade and Bob Phillips.

A complete lineup can be found for both venues at Orion.Events.

Nestled in a wooded setting on almost 60 acres of Orion Township property, Wildwood Amphitheater was erected in 2010 and evokes an “up north” feel in a bustling and growing community in Northern Oakland County and conveniently located in Orion Township.

Just down the road is the Fire Bowl at Camp Agawam (1301 Clarkston Rd., Lake Orion). The entertainment venue is located within Camp Agawam, previously owned and operated until 2014 by the Boy Scouts of America and now under Orion Township’s ownership. In addition to the roughly 140 acres, numerous campsites, rental facilities, walking trails, a chapel and beautiful Tommy's Lake, the Fire Bowl is truly a picturesque park in the middle of suburban life.

Both venues are centrally located and easily accessible via I-75 and expect to draw people from across Michigan.
