Iconic Real Estate Names Petar Elieff as its Newest Associate
Elieff to work closely with managing partners Kees Janeway and Jacob Sworski
ICONIC Real Estate, a full-service real estate organization based in Detroit, Michigan announced that Petar Elieff has been named as the organization’s newest associate.
Elieff will work closely with managing partners Kees Janeway and Jacob Sworski to provide assistance on all aspects of real estate deals across multiple industry sectors including: commercial, industrial, retail, office, restaurant and multi-family units through prospecting, researching, negotiating and closing real estate transactions throughout the Midwest.
Elieff, a Northville resident for nearly two decades, comes to ICONIC from Andreev Insurance where he served as a contract employee. Elieff co-founded an online ecosystem to connect Macedonian people around the world. Elieff also served as an account manager with Mainstreet Business Center.
Elieff holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business and earned a Michigan real estate license through the Michigan Institute of Real Estate. Elieff also holds a REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate.
