Lakeshore Flooding Possible Wednesday In Wayne, Macomb Counties
Wednesday will bring the potential for lakeshore flooding in parts of Wayne and Macomb counties, according to the National Weather Service.
SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — Wednesday will bring the potential for lakeshore flooding in parts of Wayne and Macomb counties, according to the National Weather Service.
According to the weather agency, lakeshore flood advisories have been issued for Wayne and Monroe counties until 4 p.m. Wednesday. The weather service also warned of potential lakeshore flooding in Macomb County until 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The flooding would be possible due to easterly winds gusting from 25-30 mph near the lakeshores and along the Detroit River, according to the National Weather Service.
