Michigan Adds 419 New Coronavirus Cases, 11 Deaths Monday

LANSING, MI — Michigan has added just over 400 new coronavirus cases over the past two days, state health officials announced Monday.

The state reported 419 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 11 deaths Monday, according to the most recent data released by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

The updated figures bring Michigan's total coronavirus numbers to 890,764 cases and 19,376 reported deaths, according to state data.

Meanwhile, state health officials said Saturday that 837,864 people in Michigan had recovered from the coronavirus as of Friday.
