Michigan Man Tells CNN 'I'm Coming To Gun You All Down'
The 19-year-old suspect previously made threats to an Ann Arbor mosque, according to court records.

DETROIT, MI – A 19-year-old Novi, Michigan, man, who authorities allege threatened to gun down the news staff at CNN's headquarters in Atlanta, has been arrested. Brandon Griesemer was arrested by FBI agents on Friday in Michigan.
Griesemer made 22 phone calls via his mobile phone to CNN's office on Jan. 9 and 10, according to federal court documents.
During the calls, he told an operator, "Fake news. I'm coming to gun you all down. F--- you, you f---in' (racial slur)," and then hung up, court documents state. Three minutes later, he called again and told the operator that CNN employees should kill themselves, and "I am on my way right now to gun the f---in' CNN cast down. F--- you."

In yet another call, he told the operator, "I'm smarter than you. More powerful than you. I have more guns than you. More manpower. Your cast is about to get gunned down in a matter of hours," and then hung up.
An investigator at CNN traced the phone number used by Griesemer to a phone registered to his father. The CNN investigator then called the number, and talked with a person who identified himself as "Brandon." Voice analysis revealed that the "Brandon" who answered the phone was the same person who made the calls to CNN.

CNN issued a statement on Monday, saying it takes any threats to CNN employees or its offices around the world, "extremely seriously."
"This one is no exception," CNN officials said. "We have been in touch with local and federal law enforcement throughout, and have taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our people."
Court records also indicate that may not be the first time Griesemer has made threatening phone calls.
In September, Griesemer made threatening phone calls to the Islamic Center of Ann Arbor, and made derogatory comments to the mosque and Muslims. When police contacted him later, he told detectives that he was angry at the time of the call.
Grisesemer appeared in federal court on Friday and was released on $10,000 bond. He is due to be back in court on Feb. 9.
