Severe Thunderstorm Warnings Issued For Wayne, Macomb Counties
Parts of southeast Michigan also are under flood advisories, according to the National Weather Service in Detroit.
DETROIT — Parts of southeast Michigan are under severe thunderstorm warnings, the National Weather Service in Detroit said Tuesday.
Severe thunderstorm warnings and flood advisories were issued for Wayne and Macomb counties Tuesday afternoon.
The areas can expect to see heavy downpours that could lead to flooding. Lighting and damaging winds also can be expected, the weather service reported.

The thunderstorm warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m., the weather service reported.
An urban and small stream flood advisory is in effect until after 6 p.m.
