Trash Hauler Rizzo And Father Make Deals With Federal Prosecutors: Reports
The two men are to appear in federal court next month.

DETROIT, MI–Trash hauler Chuck Rizzo, long a central figure in a Macomb County corruption case under investigation by federal authorities, and his father, Charles Rizzo, have made a deal with prosecutors, according to media reports.
The younger Rizzo is the former CEO of Rizzo Environmental Services, and has been accused of stealing thousands of dollars from his own company. He and his father are to plead guilty on Nov. 9 in federal court in Port Huron.
The scandal has been far-reaching, involving not only the trash haulers, but also towing companies and the Macomb County Public Works department.
