Dexter Charities Receive Holiday Hustle Proceeds

Yesterday, the owner of RF Events, sponsor of December’s annual Holiday Hustle 5K race, dispersed the funds raised by the race to six Dexter charities. RF Events hosts the annual event in Dexter, donating five dollars from each entry fee to local charities.

Randy Step and Dawn McConnachie of RF Events presented checks worth a total of $12,000 to the Dexter Senior Center, the Lions Club, the Athletic Booster Club, Dexter Cops, Faith in Action and Michigan Fitness Foundation for Karen’s Trail.
