Dexter Weekend Weather: Enjoy It While You Can

The weekend is off to a gorgeous start. You know what great-grandaddy from the farm always said: Make hay while the sun shines.

After a high around 80 today, Saturday should be warm, dry and sunny – up to a point.

Beginning Saturday night into Sunday, rain is expected to move into southeast Michigan, meteorologist Rachel Kulik told The Detroit News.

Kulik said weather patterns point ot rain moving into the Detroit area by 6 a.m.

Friday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 84.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 67.

Sunday: A 50 percent chance of thunderstorms before and after 8 a.m., mostly cloudy with a high near 76.

Sunday night: Continued 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mostly cloudy with a low around 68.

The work week looks to start out wet Monday.
