Beer & Wine Tasting to benefit Scarlet's Smile Playground

Lakes Area Rotary is repeating its popular Beer and Wine Tasting with samplings from local restaurants to benefit Scarlet’s Smile - all inclusive playground under construction in Commerce Township, Rotary charities and local scholarships this year at Farmer John's Greenhouse, 26950 Haggerty Road in Farmington Hills. Penney Lake Market wine vendors will be on hand to share information about the various wines available for tasting and purchase and Drafting Table Brewing Company will feature this falls special craft brews. A variety of local restaurants will have everything from appetizers to desserts on hand and the Silent Auction will include some new and interesting options like a ballon ride, family night at Kalahari and more. Their will be raffles, a DJ and the opportunity to shop Farmer John’s holiday items and boutique the night before the general public. Advance tickets $35. At the door $40.
