The City of Farmington has declared a snow emergency as of 5:30 p.m. Dec. 14.
Vehicles parked on city streets may be subject to towing 12 hours after the emergency weather declaration. Any vehicles constituting a hazard, vehicles that are disabled, abandoned or parked in traveled portions of roadways, may be immediately towed.
