Farmington Hills Golf Club Opens March 11

From Farmington Hills: It’s a sure sign of spring - the Farmington Hills Golf Club & Driving Range is set to open on Saturday, March 11. Last year, more than 43,000 rounds of golf were played, and there were 41 leagues and 89 golf outings.

The Farmington Hills Golf Club is a beautiful course offering 18 championship holes, measuring 6,413 yards with manicured bent grass tees, fairways, and greens surrounded by trees, ponds, and gentle rolling hills. A driving range is open daily from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., weather permitting, from early spring until late fall. It features 32 stations and two practice greens.

In the spring and summer, the Farmington Hills Golf Club offers a variety of private, semi-private, and group lessons, plus leagues and special events for all ages. The program schedule is mailed to all residents three times a year and is also available at www.fhgolfclub.org.

The Clubhouse features a pro shop and the Greek Islands Restaurant, a full-service bar and grill with a huge outdoor patio providing great views of the course. For restaurant special events, banquets, and offsite catering, call 248-957- 6734.
