Keller Celebrates Olympic Hockey Gold With Ellen, LA Kings
Farmington Hills' Keller is touring the country with her Olympic gold-medal teammates after defeating Team Canada last week in PyeongChang.

After winning an Olympic gold medal in PyeongChang for ice hockey last week, Farmington Hills' Megan Keller returned to the United States in style, joining her teammates to drop the puck at a Los Angeles Kings game Monday night. Team USA won a hard-fought gold-medal game, beating team Canadian, winners of the last four Olympic gold medals.
After defeating Canada in 3-2 after overtime and a shootout tie-breaker, the team returned to the U.S. where they’ve been taking an extended victory lap around the country. Keller posted video of the Monday's Kings game to her personal Twitter account, which is full of celebratory moments captured by the 21-year-old North Farmington High grad and Boston College standout.
“What a welcome home! Thanks for having us @LAKings! And congrats on the big OT win,” Keller wrote in her post. The celebrations continued yesterday, when the entire team appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, meeting late night host Jimmy Kimmel backstage. Keller and teammate Emily Pfalzer finished their evening in Las Vegas, where they posed for pictures with “This Is Us” Star Justin Hartley.
