No Garbage Pickup on Memorial Day
City offices will be closed on May 29. All pickups will be delayed by one day during that week with Friday's collection made on Saturday.

From the City of Farmington Hills: Garbage, recycling, and yard waste will not be picked up on Monday, May 29 due to the Memorial Day holiday. All pickups will be delayed by one day during that week with Friday’s collection made on Saturday.
To ensure pickup, please have garbage, recycling, and yard waste at the curbside by 7 a.m. In the interest of worker safety, containers must be limited to a 32 gallon and 60 pound capacity. Oversized containers will not be emptied.
Please place your recycling cart away from mailboxes, parked cars, trees, and other garbage cans. Remember to place your cart the right way so the automated lift device can grab it, follow the directional arrows with the hinge toward your house. Please - NO TRASH in the recycling bins, only recyclable items that are listed on the cart lid. Styrofoam and plastic bags are NOT accepted in the recycling carts.
