The Right Now Rocking Heritage Park
Performing at Stars in the Park free concert series

The Right Now will rock the stage when they perform at the Stars in the Park free concert series on Thursday, July 12 at 7 p.m. at Heritage Park, located at 24915 Farmington Road in Farmington Hills.
Hailing from Chicago, Stefanie Berecz’s seven-piece band, The Right Now, covers diverse musical ground from dance beats to intimate ballads. Their pop-meets-soul sound is a vehicle for Berecz's captivating voice with intricate horn and guitar arrangements that evoke Quincy Jones music from the 70’s and 80’s.
Berecz’ band members include: Brendan O’Connell; keys, guitar, Chris Corsale;guitar, Greg Nergaard; bass, Lucas Gillan; drums, Caleb Miitchell; trupet and Jim Schram; tenor sax.

Since 2008, The Right Now has toured the Midwest and east coast, released three albums, and has been heard in national commercials and on the multi-million-selling video game Watch Dogs. The Right Now also played two sold out headlining shows in Chicago and released their newest album, Starlight, in 2017 to critical acclaim.
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, the exclusive sponsor of the summer concerts, will offer two random raffle drawings for concert goers to win a Mercedes-Benz driving experience. Attendees (21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license) may enter by visiting the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services vehicle display during each concert. Winners will be awarded the use of a Mercedes-Benz for one week. The winners will be announced at this concert on July 12 and at the final concert on August 16. In case of inclement weather, please call the Cultural Arts hotline at 248-473-1848. Show cancelation or location change announcements will be recorded on the hotline no later than 5 p.m. on the day of the concert. Please note: no alcohol or pets are allowed in the park.
