Every year millions look forward to the super bowl and so does the National Football League that make millions of dollars by merchandising before and during the game. This year Quicken’s Rocket Mortgage had joined as a sponsor for the game.

Super bowl ads have now become a part of our culture. We all fell in love with the Clydesdales and wondered “Where’s the beef?” and the 9 year old boy who offered Joe Greene a coke.

OnlineGambling wanted to know who’s taking the advertising gamble this year — and which industries find it most valuable to spend big money to make their brand an official Super Bowl sponsor.

When it comes to advertising the food and beverage industry reigned when it came to ads. We seen Avocados from Mexico, Pringles and Little Caesars Pizza. After food and beverage came the automotive ads.

When it comes to super bowl tickets this year it got costly. The average ticket price $325. There has been a 3233% increase in price since 2000-2020. A quarter of all tickets sold are distributed to corporate sponsors and 40% of the corporate tickets aren’t used, leaving empty seats on game day. There amount of tickets divided between the other 29 teams. A quarter of the tickets go to NFL Official Sponsors.
