VA AG Update:

In case you missed it, Virginia GOP’s AG nominee Jason Miyares has been endorsed by right-wing Texas Senator Ted Cruz.

Miyares has also boasted about an endorsement from former Virginia Senator George Allen, who used a racist slur when addressing a campaign tracker. Allen spent the rest of the campaign trying to walk back his racist comments.

“If Jason Miyares were to be elected, he would bring Ted Cruz’s extreme agenda to the Commonwealth of Virginia – rolling back years of progress on gun safety measures, justice system reforms, reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and more,” said Deputy Political Director Manfred Mecoy. “Virginians cannot afford losing ground in the fight for equity and justice.”
