B Nektar Hosts Charity Event Tonight

Bees In The D Honey Tasting & B.Nektar Mead Pairing, Friday, Dec 15, 7 pm - 10pm.

The team at Ferndale’s premiere meadowy and taproom invites area residents to “Join us for an evening of honey tasting + mead sampling + honey bee education featuring local honey varieties from Bees In The D's Detroit-Metro hives. B.Nektar meads and ciders have been carefully chosen to pair with the honey samples for a superb taste experience. For $40, patrons receive admission and a flight of five meads each paired with a honey to taste. The fundraising event for Bees in the D. a non-profit, features live music by Escaping Pavement, sushi rolls by Geisha Girls, desserts from Spun Sugar Detroit and “Motor city swag available from Detroit Respect.”
