Farbman Group to host c-series event on 1031 exchanges

Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today that as part of its C-Series, it will host an event on 1031 exchanges on Tuesday, January 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. with breakfast being served from 8:30 – 9 a.m. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

The seminar will feature guest speaker Gregg Nathanson, a shareholder of the firm Couzens, Lansky, Fealk, Ellis, Roeder & Lazar P.C. located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. During the event, Nathanson will discuss the advantages and challenges of the 1031 exchange tax deferral opportunity. An experienced speaker and author on the topic of 1031 exchanges and other real estate related matters, he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law.
