Farbman Group’s Sheffield Office Park To Receive Extensive Updates

Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today its Sheffield Office Park located in Troy will receive extensive interior and exterior updates. Andrew Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group, made the announcement.

Sheffield Office Park, located on Big Beaver Rd., is a 500,000-square-foot, three-building, five-story office complex. Renovations will be done to Sheffield Office Park’s 3310 building, including an updated lobby space and deli, as well as new interior furnishings. The exteriors of all three office buildings in the office park will be refaced and repainted different colors, enhancing the unique, campus-like setting, and artistic overlay installations will be placed on some of the windows.

The Sheffield Office Park also features a bike sharing program, in which tenants can rent bikes to conveniently travel to and from the different offices on campus and to the retail and dining locations nearby. Renovations to the 3310 building comes after a massive revamp of both the 3250 and 3290 buildings, with both of its lobbies and several corridors receiving updates.
