A house inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, regarded as the greatest American architect of all time, is back on the Oakland County real estate market for the first time in a decade, selling for $375,000.

Built in 1953 and featured in Better Homes & Garden magazine, it is located at 18050 Kinross Ave. in Beverly Hills, the Mid Century Modern treasure was one of only 39 of its kind built in 1953. Better Homes & Gardens proclaimed it “the house you asked for” in a magazine article the same year (read the story in the attachment at the bottom of the article).
