Hi everyone! I don't know how it's already March, but here we are. I saw my first robin at the feeder last week, so spring is surely on its way to Michigan soon. Hopefully this post finds you well and healthy and enjoying the sunshine.

This month's recipe video from me can be found here. It's an Instant Pot Vegan Lentil Soup. This soup is so delicious, easy, and super (souper?) filling. It freezes like a dream, too. The recipe can be found in the link at the bottom of this post, along with the other recipes our staff would like to share with you.
