Hartland Teens Rock 2015 Ask Dr. Nandi Coat Drive

Hartland based Teen Rockers Bulletproof Snow Help Spread Holiday Warmth at The 2015 Ask Dr. Nandi Coat Drive Saturday November 14th

Hartland Teen Rockers Bulletproof Snow will perform at 11:45 a.m. Saturday November 14th to help support the 2015 Ask Dr. Nandi Coat Drive. This family friendly event takes place Saturday11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Hard Rock Cafe - Detroit and features many interesting silent auction items, face painting, an appearance by Santa, and much more. Entertainment is provided throughout the day and includes a headlining performance by The Original Vandellas (Motown).

Founded by Trey McLaughlin in 2012, the (4) piece rock band Bulletproof Snow is quickly gaining visibility both locally and nationally. Winning a performance spot in the Rockstar UPROAR Festival at DTE Energy Music Theatre in 2013, the band was nominated and was among the top 5 artists in two categories at the 2014 Detroit Music Awards. Most recently playing showcases in March 2014 in Austin TX during the SXSW music festival, BPS was also awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2015 Detroit Music Awards.

Now in its 3rd year, this event is hosted by WXYZ Chief Health Editor and host of the EMMY Award winning medical television show Ask Dr. Nandi. Gathering over 3,000 coats in 2014 for Detroit’s indigent and homeless the event is aiming to double that number in 2015.
