Macomb County Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

Police say "several images of early pubescent" girls were transmitted to his home electronically.

Brian Loudon, 45, was arrested by Macomb County Sheriffs Dec. 30, 2017 and now faces eight counts related to the possession of child pornography, police say. The department’s Macomb Area Computer Enforcement unit received a tip about internet distribution of child pornography from the Michigan Attorney General’s Criminal Division.

Police describe seeing “several images of early pubescent females involved in activity of sexual nature” that were being electronically distributed from a location in Mt. Clemens.

Detectives found the address, a home on North Esplanade in Mt. Clemens, and conducted surveillance, eventually obtaining a search warrant. Loudon was arrested and held at the Macomb County Jail. Police describe Loudon as “cooperative,” and say that it seems unlikely anyone other than Loudon had knowledge of the alleged crimes.
