​Macomb Pet of the Week: Newman

The Humane Society of Macomb has many sweet’ loving pets looking for forever homes this festive season. One such critter, Newman, is a black-and-white shorthaired tabby with a strong personality. He’s been a resident of the shelter for nearly a year, and his profile on the Humane Society website says he’s made the most of this time, entertaining “visitors through my kennel window by showing off my moves.”

Newman needs a kid-free space, ideally where he’s the only pet. He’s with a foster family now, but you can meet him in person if you call the Humane Society’s adoption assistant at (586) 731-9210. Like all cats available for adoption through the Humane Society of Macomb, Newman comes pre-tested for feline leukemia, the RCP vaccine, and is microchipped.
