MindsEye Opens New Center In Macomb

From The Minds Eye: The MINDs Eye was founded by Jennifer Rossi, who since 2010 has worked to provide not just a venue for her customers and clients but a community for locals to explore alternative means to achieve healthier lifestyles. After nearly nine months of planning and preparation, the vision is nearly complete. Rossi has partnered with Gundi Gerhardt, a fellow practitioner, and together they are eager to open the doors this month. “Customers look forward to their time spent at our center.“ Gerhardt said “The environment itself is meditation, no matter what happened before you arrived, stress begins to melt away the moment you walk through our door“.

“We will continue to provide a venue for our customers to explore the many different alternatives to achieving and maintaining a healthier lifestyle by means of education, meditation and yoga.” Rossi explained, “And in addition, we are offering Anti-Gravity Yoga classes; that are both fun and beneficial.”

Anti-Gravity Yoga, also referred to as Aerial Yoga provides a fun and unique way to practice and is taught to restore, rebuild, and strengthen the muscles of the body. Anti-Gravity yoga is a non-weight bearing style of yoga that has positively impacted the recovery time of students whose bodies have suffered deterioration from age, illness or trauma.

With the addition of Anti-Gravity/Aerial Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, to its schedule, the new center is designed to accommodate larger class and workshop facilitation, demonstrations nights and introductory talks.

Also located within the new space are smaller rentable rooms; perfect for practitioners who desire to educate the ever expanding health-minded community in their area of expertise.
