23 Mile back-up

Traffic incident at 23 Mile and Foster, no apparent injuries. Traffic was backed up until the incident was cleared.

Traffic incident at 23 Mile and Foster. The turn was miss judged by the driver. Traffic in both directions had to be slowed down until the incident could be cleared.
