At the January 27th Board of Education meeting, a presentation was given on the district’s enrollment and the status of our building usage. The school district will be forming a committee to further study enrollment trends and to make a recommendation to the Board regarding possible school consolidation. The overall goal of the committee is to create and recommend a plan to "Right Size" the district to gain fiscal efficiencies. The Right Size Committee will consist of parents, teachers, support staff, administrators and the community at-large. The work of this committee will begin soon and commence no later than mid-May 2021.

In addition, we will be forming other committees in the near future to help guide the Strategic Planning Process as well as a Master Facility and Bond Plan. If you are interested in serving on any of these three committees, please complete the attached form and be sure to provide your name and contact information. There will be limited spots on each committee, and every attempt will be made to balance the committees and provide an opportunity for those interested to be involved. Please complete the form no later than Thursday, February 18th to be considered.
