Luxury Outlet Mall Coming to Chesterfield
Builder gives shoppers a glimpse at planned 330,000 square foot luxury outlet mall at I-94 and M-59

After years of speculation and anticipation, a luxury outlet mall appears to be coming to Chesterfield Township.
According to a report on WDIV-TV the Outlets of Southeast Michigan is in the works, with ground for the 330,000 square-foot project being broken sometime in 2015, according to Chesterfield Township officials.
Located along I-94 at M-59, Jeffery R. Anderson Real Estate, the builder and mall developer, released a sneak peek to the public recently, giving would-be shoppers a glimpse of just what the luxury outlet mall might look like once completed.
Not only is the mall slated to be home to high-end retails such as Neiman Marcus, Gucci and Saks Fifth Avenue, just to name a few, the development also includes the construction of two convention centers, four hotels and four restaurants.
