Northville Resident Named Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital’s Physician of the Year

Michael Aulicino, M.D. has been chosen as DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital's 2012 Physician of the Year. This honor is awarded annually to a leader recognized for ongoing utilization of the continuous improvement philosophy as well as unsurpassed personal and professional commitment to the hospital and the community it serves.

Dr. Aulicino graduated from University of Michigan Medical School. He completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and a Fellowship in Oncologic Surgical Pathology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Aulicino is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Dr. Aulicino has been a member of Huron Valley-Sinai’s medical staff since 2002 and chief of pathology since 2004.

The award was presented to him at the annual Resident/Intern Graduation and Medical Staff Dinner held on June 9th.
